Hey, Wellden Family! I'm Gav and I am the owner of the studio! My drive as a trainer is building genuine relationships with my clients and learning from everyone that walks in through the doors. With over 10 years of fitness and rehabilitation experience, I hope to help individuals learn and unleash the potentials of their bodies. My goal is to create a space where everyone feels comfortable working out, no matter if you're a 25 year old woman or a 60 year old man. I truly believe in the power of community and can't wait to see you at the studio.

Hi! I'm Andy. My love is movement therapy! It heals the mind, body and soul. I've been in the fitness industry for 30+ years since the invention of leg warmers! I grew up struggling with body image insecurities. This fueled my desire to not only try to change the way I judged my body but it turned into a passion for helping others embrace and love themselves while getting stronger from the inside out. I was injured 10 years ago and after my surgeries, I was left living in chronic pain and migraine. My injury created a love for rehab work and helping those that live in pain. When I'm not in the studio, I am spending time with my family, my dog, writing and probably searching for a beach somewhere so I can dig my toes in the sand.

Hey, I'm Sofia! I'm so passionate about coaching because I want my community to experience the joy that exercise brings to my life. I'm specifically passionate about strength training and bodybuilding! You'll frequently catch me drinking oversized coffees and yapping with my beautiful trainees.

I've been in the health and wellness world for over 20 years, and I still wake up every day grateful to do what I love helping people feel stronger, more confident, and at home in their bodies. Whether you're stepping into the studio for the first time or deepening your movement journey, I'm here to support, encourage, and cheer you on every step of the way.
Born in Jamaica, raised on Vancouver Island, and shaped by a life of global adventures, I've lived and breathed movement in all corners of the world. From surf retreats to dirt bike adventure riding to everyday humans wanting to feel good again—I've coached them all. Now rooted in Langley, B.C., I'm bringing that same energy, experience, and heart to this community.

I have been practicing Yoga for over 20 years and love to teach and guide others into a beautiful movement of exercise. I enjoy creating a safe space through grounding, centering and connecting awareness within our bodies. Yoga does not judge you, it's how you feel while in a pose instead of how you look. I love to be involved with a community that supports both instructors and students. I have found that at Welldenfitness. I like hiking with my amazing adult children and spending time with my incredibly supportive husband.
